Return & Refund Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- It must also be in the original packaging.

- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@smartsweetkids.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Provide your order number and reason for return.

- We will provide you with a return label and instructions.

Refunds (if applicable):

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, as it take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
